Calibration Technician at Braun Intertec in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

Braun Intertec is seeking a Calibration Technician to join our Dallas, TX or Bloomington, MN office.



Responsibilities



• Internal lab calibrations


• External lab calibrations


• Maintain our calibration accreditation


• Compression machine maintenance and repair


• Running tests in lab


• Other laboratory tasks as assigned



Required Skills



• Ability to work independently


• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions


• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form


• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis


• Ability to travel up to 50% and overnight



Required Experience



• High School diploma or equivalent


• Three plus years calibration experience


• ISO 17025 experience a plus


• compression machine repair a plus


• Certs for repair and calibration of CMT equipment a plus


• Computer Aptitude - ability to learn Lab Info Management System (LIMS) and other calibration software


• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
