Education:

• High School Diploma; prefer 2- or 4-year degree


• Professional experience in an office setting, preferably 2+ years

Experience:

• 1+ years in a customer service role


• Automotive industry experience preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel (data entry, SUM function), and Word


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Effective time management and multitasking abilities


• Attention to detail


• Strong work ethic and adaptability to fast-paced environments
