Our client, a nonprofit research organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of Benefits and Leaves to join their team in Hartford County. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required


• 5 + years of experience


• Workday experience, preferred


• Must be proactive and detail - oriented


• Must have workers compensation and Leave of absence experience

The salary range for this position is between $110k-160k.


Compensation commensurate with experience
