Job Description Summary:
The Technology Resiliency Manager role will work closely with the business to help them adhere to the Enterprise Resiliency and Incident policy and framework. Drive maturity improvement of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
This role helps manage and prepare the business in the event of an emergency. Looks at risk and gaps in the program and works with the other areas of the risk team to document those gaps and help the business drive their resiliency program forward.

Provides consultation, guidance, sharing of best practices, and advocates for plan improvements in the area of business and technology continuity impact analysis, strategy recovery planning, plan exercising, after-action reporting, evaluation, and delivers recommendations to improve program.
Job Description:
Your way to impact:
Serve as a champion for the Resilience Framework to ensure consistency, clearly articulate processes, educate others, and enforce documentation standards. Routinely complete pulse checks with Business Units to ensure maximum engagement.
Your day to day
- Lead business units in the development or enhancement of their respective BCPs, including but not limited to: Performing BIA (Business Impact Analysis), Identifying critical, time-sensitive functions, and gather dependencies and requirements
- Working with functional areas create and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans
- Review and refresh the Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans
- Reporting on state of plans and exercises
- Provide subject matter expertise on DR related activities
- Focus on quality assurance of data and analysis, scenarios that execute and test strategies that ensure the validity of RTP and maximum allowable downtime
What you need to bring:
- 3-5 years related experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, incident management
- Strong technical skills and understand of recovery needs for complex IT environments
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Appropriate certifications (CBCP, MBCP, ISO 22301 or ISO 27001 or related experiences)
