SUMMARY:
The Applications Engineering Internship provides the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop though hands-on experience. This path will allow the individual to broaden their sales, communication, and engineering skills. This is a full-time, paid summer internship, typically ranging from 10-12 weeks. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you build the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities are usually available upon conclusion of a successful internship.

JOB DUTIES
• Develops professional skills through interfacing with customers and other engineers and/or on-the-job learning

• Develops an understanding of what the Engineering department does within the organization

• Develop industry knowledge through product training and industry exposure

• Identifies areas for improvement, suggests solutions, and submits idea records
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires an undergraduate student working towards a bachelor's degree in their junior or senior year of study with an interest in an Electro-Mechanical, Robotics Engineering or equivalent career.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
• Ability to commit to a 10-12 Week summer program
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Desire to learn
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
