Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the NAPA Talent Acquisition Team. The role is responsible for interfacing with candidates to determine scheduling of interviews, completion of pre-employment documentation and availability to begin the onboarding process. The role participates in job requisition maintenance and position management in Workday. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a capable HR professional possessing the high levels of communication and planning skills needed to ensure a positive candidate experience for all NAPA job applicants.

Responsibilities
• Serves as the point of contact for candidate scheduling and logistics throughout the recruitment process. Acts as a positive brand ambassador throughout the process.
• Schedules interviews, coordinates interview panels and manages interview logistics for a seamless and captivating candidate experience.
• Manages pre-boarding tasks, including submitting candidates for background checks and drug screens in compliance with legal standards and company policy.
• Ensures accurate and up-to-date data entry in Workday. Performs applicant tracking system audits and status reviews to ensure data accuracy.
• Provides timely updates and open communication to candidates and all stakeholders in the recruitment process.
• Monitors employee referrals and generates reports to triage outstanding employee referrals.
• Liaises with the field management team and recruiting team on a regular basis, proactively identifying vacant positions.
• Works with Talent Acquisitions team to posts job requisitions in Workday; maintains job requisitions and position data in Workday.
• Assists with managing requisitions for the recruiting team during hiring events and for seasonal events.
Qualifications
• High school diploma.
• 1+ years' experience assisting with recruiting activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated learning agility - ability to pick up new things quickly with a desire to learn.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating talent acquisition functions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology or relevant discipline.
• 2+ years' experience assisting with recruiting activities.
• Familiarity with ATS's throughout recruiting lifecycles.
• Workday experience.
