Position OverviewThe School of Education is hiring student hourly employees to work in the Learning Resource Center.Job DescriptionAssist students, faculty and staff with resources available in the School of Education's Learning Resource Center. Maintenance and support of the Learning Resource Center areas as well as School of Education computer labs and mediated classrooms.Required Qualifications1. KU student must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours each semester during the academic year. Enrollment of one credit hour during the summer session is required if the student was not enrolled the previous spring or is not pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall term.
2. Prior experience in a position that required good communication and customer service skills as evidenced in application materials.
3. Basic computer skill and knowledge as evidenced in application materials.Preferred Qualifications1. Good working knowledge of children's literature.
