Part-Time Instructor of Pharmacy Technician

ASU Beebe, a two-year residential community college, part of the Arkansas State University System, is seeking to compile a pool of qualified candidates interested in future part-time teaching opportunities in the Pharmacy Technology program. The instructor may work online and in the classroom.


Duties:Teach Pharmacy Technology coursesPrepare syllabi and update Canvas coursesProvide quality feedback on student workRecord attendanceCalculate and submit gradesOther related duties as required

Three years of expertise and current knowledge in the areas of instructionPharmacy Technician with national certification or state licensed Pharmacist.

$650 per credit hour

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
