The Math tutor will work up to 20 hours per week as a part-time employee in the Beebe campus Advising and Learning Center. The tutor will primarily assist students with Math courses. This position will also assist with administrative roles such as helping direct walk-in traffic and answering the phone. Schedule is flexible.

Must provide college transcripts to prove completion of College Algebra with a grade of "B" or higher. Ability to tutor other subjects is a plus.

$12.00-$15.00 per hour

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
