The salary range for this position is $106,764 - $133,455 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Manager (China) will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality standards for Fenty Beauty products and processes within the Chinese market. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to spearhead quality management strategies, procedures, and processes that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure Fenty Beauty products are compliant with the China Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR), amongst other international regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement robust quality management processes throughout the supply chain, from supplier qualification to finished product release and distribution.

  • Stay up to date with evolving regulations and standards in China related to cosmetics manufacturing, labeling, and distribution to ensure that all products and processes comply with CSAR regulations.

  • Manage product inspection and release for Fenty Beauty China production, maintaining product standards, retains, and specifications.

  • Investigate and resolve product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs focusing on root cause analysis.

  • Coordinate local product testing activities, analyzing test results, and initiating corrective actions as needed to maintain product quality and safety.

  • Partner with LVMH Beauty Quality Division and Maison Quality leads in CSAR compliance related efforts.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, test results, and compliance records. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.

  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners on quality standards, procedures, and regional compliance.


REQUIREMENTS


  • College degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences, or combination of education and experience in cosmetics or related (FDA regulated) industry.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, processes, and procedures, with the ability to effectively present ideas and findings to peers and management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Able to drive team initiatives and work independently.
