Job Description
About This Role
Responsible for management of the Corporate Affairs content editorial calendar, content planning, and production schedule, overseeing key written and visual content production, specifically aligning and aggregating content to ensure balance against message and business priorities outlined in the communications plan and compliance with Biogen's brand guidelines and positioning.
Overseeing content on Biogen websites, intranet, portal, and new/social media such as LinkedIn and X required for the effective and concise communication of key programs and initiatives; to effectively tell the Biogen story and help drive consistent communications efforts that support, promote and protect Biogen's strategic business objectives, reputation and enhance stakeholder perception and competitive position.

Who You Are
You have a keen eye for detail and the aesthetics of beautiful content, excellent writing and editing skills and strong experience using digital communications in corporate environments, including content creation/curation and site management. You are able to balance multiple priorities and deliver programs and tactics in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. You are a self starter - driven and incredibly detail-oriented; strong client focus, excellent team player, exceptional interpersonal communication skills. You are able to handle highly confidential information with sensitivity, integrity and good judgment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in public relations, integrated marketing, communications, Journalism or equivalent
* 5+ years of relevant experience and proven track record of success in managing communication content and schedules which protect corporate reputation, citizenship, crisis planning and company values
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of emerging communications trends and technologies
* Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate company and team needs
Preferred Skills
* Experience in the healthcare/bio-pharma industry a plus
