Job Title: Call Center Representative


Location: E Windrose Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85032


Pay: $20 per hour


Are you passionate about communication and customer engagement? We're hiring Call Center Representatives to join our team as Campus Guest Coordinators. As a representative, you'll be reaching out to potential adult students who have shown interest in our campus.


Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED


Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospective students and schedule campus tours or facilitate transfers to admissions.
- Initial training for the first 2 weeks (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM).
- Flexible schedule post-training with guaranteed 2 consecutive days off.
- High performers have the opportunity to work hybrid (2 days at home).


Contact Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8 am to 9 pm
- Saturday/Sunday: 8 am to 4 pm
