Adams & Martin Group is working with a large, national level firm that is looking for a veteran legal secretary who is available immediately for a 4-6 week temporary assignment. The office of the firm is located in Newport Beach, and does require availability to work full time hours in the office.


Ideal Candidates will have the following:

• 4+ years working in Litigation


• Expertise with e-filing in both State and Federal Courts


• Demonstrated experience with both State and Federal Court calendaring


• Excellent work processing skills, formatting a variety of legal documents


• MS Office expertise, including Word and Outlook
