Job Description:

Established company is seeking a Customer Service Rep for an immediate fill in the greater Pasadena, CA area! Pay range: $19-23/hr.


Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner


• Providing product or service information


• Processing orders and returns as required


• Managing and maintaining customer accounts accurately


• Escalating complex issues to higher level support


• Continuous follow up with customers and maintain customer satisfaction


• Heavy data entry/documentation recording customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required


• Excellent communication skills


• Problem solving and time management skills


• Knowledge of CRM systems and computer fluent


• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
