Established company is seeking a Customer Service Rep for an immediate fill in the greater Pasadena, CA area! Pay range: $19-23/hr.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner
Providing product or service information
Processing orders and returns as required
Managing and maintaining customer accounts accurately
Escalating complex issues to higher level support
Continuous follow up with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
Heavy data entry/documentation recording customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving and time management skills
Knowledge of CRM systems and computer fluent
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
