Title: Procedure writer

Location: Charlotte, NC /Chandler, AZ/ Tempe, AZ /Minneapolis, MN- Hybrid 3 days in the office , 2 days remote

Duration: 12+ Months


Job Description:

  • They're procedure writers in their normal day to day. Process owners and SME's will come to them ask how to adjust their processes, which this person will do and then publish the documentation for. They're also transforming the space they're working in. Rethinking workflows and redesigning the processes of everything this team does.
  • Needs someone who can bring ideas of how things are being done in other businesses to help transform this group.
  • Wants this person to be a process engineer whose background is in procedure writing.
  • Jira workflow directs tasks to the team. Team members who are gatekeepers disseminate those tasks to the team based on skillset or capacity. Intake, gatekeeper assignment, capacity management, what good procedure looks like, approvals process in publishing all need to be rethought.
  • Building an Agile approach in the intake and resource management
TOP SKILLS
  • 6-7 years of experience
  • Strong writer
  • Financial institution highly preferred, specifically big bank experience
  • AI/Automation experience would be great to add to the design of the CMS of the future.
  • Experience with data models is good. Team is taking "flat files" and structuring them into the transformation
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience. They use OpenText systems. TeamSite is being adopted, currently using Web Experience Management.
