In this role, you will primarily serve as Project Manager for a major project, overseeing the efforts of a team of developers. Additionally, you will be expected to oversee one or more smaller projects and support business development activities. This role also includes service as Scrum Master for one project. JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate for this position meets the requirements of the position, is personable, and able to effectively manage projects and staff resources. Experience in project management is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects, ensuring successful completion of project tasks and delivery of quality deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and actively managing client relationships
• Direct project resources and oversee project teams to meet project requirements
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating the Agile Scrum methodology
• Create and manage project schedules and tasks
• Provide project and company reporting, escalating issues as needed
• Assist in the development of project and business development documents, such as reports and presentations
• Support other management needs as identified
• Support proposal development efforts

Requirements

Must be flexible, able to work in a highly collaborative environment, and work independently and collaboratively as needed. Must be able to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior interpersonal skills are a must.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience with managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams
• Demonstrated experience managing people and projects
• Experience working in a client-facing role
• Solid understanding and experience with project management
• Strong agile development experience

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of federal contracting experience
• Scrum Master experience
• Presentation and training skills

Education:

• Undergraduate Degree highly desired
• Certifications in project management or Agile methodologies are a plus

• US Citizen or individual with authorization to work in the U.S.
