Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory all assets in warehouse and load into CMMS system.
- Maintain excel spreadsheets of inventory that coincide with CMMS.
- Breakdown of obsolete assets to maintain usable components for future needs.
- Ship spare parts to plants when needed.
- Receive parts and place in inventory following prescribed process.
- Collaborate with plants to ensure spare parts are replaced in a timely manner.
- Operate forklift to arrange parts in warehouse racking.
- Manage housekeeping and consumables for engineering tech center.
- Coordinate training events with Director of Reliability to include scheduling and meal accommodations with Director of Reliability
- Fabrication work utilizing welder, lathe, milling machine and drill press.
- Travel as needed to help support Reliability Team on Machine Rebuild projects.
- Timely completion of all training required for assigned tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Forklift license with minimum of 5 years' experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office at basic level, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with CMMS software(s)
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- At least one year experience Welding and Machining
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Working knowledge of HIPPO and EMaint preferred
