About Us: Lee Enterprises is a dynamic and innovative media and publishing company committed to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our team and take charge of our Subscription Billing System.

Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership:
  • Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for our Subscription Billing System, from concept to delivery.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder needs, business goals, and customer feedback.
• Requirement Gathering:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Roadmap Planning:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with the overall company strategy.
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Subscription knowledge:
  • Possess expertise in subscription billing platforms, with a preference for experience in Chargebee.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with the QA team to define acceptance criteria and conduct thorough testing of new features.
  • Ensure that the Subscription Billing System meets high-quality standards and is free from critical defects.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and release notes.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in subscription billing or related domains.
• Familiarity with subscription billing platforms, with a strong preference for experience with Chargebee.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $165,000
