As an Advertising Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, acting as the primary coordinator for advertising campaigns. You'll be the linchpin between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of advertising solutions. You will report directly to the Iowa business unit President. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, including sending out daily Revenue to Goal reports and tracking sales rep performance metrics such as actives, revenue, and revenue goal achievement.
2. Revenue Analysis: Investigate invoice questions and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions related to advertising initiatives.
3. Sales Tracking: Develop and maintain sales trackers for advertising initiatives and projects, monitoring progress and performance against targets.
4. Financial Management: Produce profit and loss (P&L) statements for advertising projects and publications, providing insights into financial performance and informing strategic decision-making.
5. Data Management: Pull advertising information on request, such as historical data on client advertising spend, former contract levels, and tactics used, to support sales efforts and client meetings effectively.
6. Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
7. Digital Advertising Proficiency: Possess a basic understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Programmatic campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
8. Marketing and Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall branding and marketing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in advertising sales coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
