We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, Enterprise Applications as a key leader for our IT department. The Vice President will have a strong technical background in enterprise applications, mobile platforms, systems integration, cloud migrations, and has a track record of managing the software development life cycle. This leadership role requires effective people management skills, effective engagement with senior management and the ability to successfully implement policies and systems that enable business success in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:
• Execute a comprehensive application strategy aligned with aviation standards.
• Experience with key platforms: Quantum Control, IFS, PowerBI, and Salesforce a plus.
• Provide strategic direction fostering innovation and solutions to drive business growth.
• Drive emerging technologies to support aviation operations and effective workflow.
• Lead development of software solutions, data analytics, automation for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless IT solutions across the enterprise.
• Implement project management best practices to optimize outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Manage IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and drive cost savings.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in software leadership, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of aviation-specific technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in executing IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (PMP) and IT certifications are highly desirable.
