Job Description:

TechFlow Inc. has an opportunity for a SecDevOps Lead. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all contractor resources and supervise all contractor staff in the performance of work on this project. The lead should also be able to manage and coordinate its team(s) on a day-to-day basis and ensure plans are communicated to team members and that the health and progress against those plans are adequately reported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system design and integration tasks, focusing on design, implementation, and architecture of major systems and integration of system elements
  • Design architecture encompassing software, hardware, and communications to meet present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
  • Ensure systems comply with open systems architectures, OSI and ISO reference models, and information management solution specifications
  • Apply information assurance technologies to maintain system security and compliance with industry regulations and best practices
  • Evaluate workflows, organization, and planning to develop corrective actions systematically
  • Provide expertise in Systems Design, Architecture, Infrastructure, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, and Security Engineering
  • Collaborate with Software Design and Development (SDD) teams on infrastructure and cloud needs, enhancing SecDevOps monitoring tools and processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and Agile development practices to continuously improve product architecture and user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors throughout system integration, performance, security, and usability testing
Manage contractor resources and supervise staff to ensure successful task order performance and effective communication within the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + 11 years of additional experience
  • Extensive experience in system design, integration, and architecture
  • Proficiency in cloud environments, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, with expertise in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc
  • Strong understanding of security compliance, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience with automation, tooling, incident response, and SecDevOps practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
