As a Developer for Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) you will:
Collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and maintain the OIPA-based policy administration system
Customize and configure OIPA to align with our specific business requirements, ensuring it meets our unique needs effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted system operation
Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in the field of Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA)
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and maintain the OIPA-based policy administration system

Requirements
Excellent English Skills (spoken and written)
3+ years of proven experience in developing solutions using Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA)
Strong programming skills in Java, XML, and related technologies
Familiarity with insurance industry practices and policies
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
