Job Summary:

This senior director-level position will strengthen Epiq’s senior-level leadership, enhancing our national reputation with industry-leading client service and accountability.  The primary requirements of this position include: (a) the ability to create business solutions to grow the international business line; (b) a strong business acumen coupled with experienced process development and process improvement; (c) an executive presence internally (to help manage and develop personnel); (d) excellent written and verbal communication skills.  This position will report to the Vice President of Class Action Client Services and will have access to executive leaders as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as business leader for development of cross-functional processes applicable to the international legal settlement market.


• Serve as escalation point for critical internal issues that drive business outcomes.


• Ability to guide the drafting and draft select business process documents.


• Advises and supports project teams and internal stakeholders on unique, non-operationalized approaches to client deliverables.


• Intimately knowing and staying current with clients’ business needs and pain points.


• Addresses complex process issues on project as assigned and works closely with the project team to implement those processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.


• Over 10 years of experience in the legal or financial sector with broad business background.


• Adept at interacting with senior leaders and project stakeholders.


• Demonstrates exceptional internal and external relations, communication and engagement skills.


• Exhibits executive level presence and accountability.


• Ability to craft written communications and summaries for clients, peers, executives.


• Draws from and applies experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks and goals.


• Possesses a keen attention to detail and ability to gather complete and accurate information, in contexts of varying complexity.
