We are currently seeking an individual with excellent administrative/organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment for a full-time role working as part of our Operations team.
Whether you come in as a newbie or we train you from the ground up, Operations team members are exceptional at assisting multiple client accounts with day-to-day activities like internal training, hit tracking, report building, incoming/outgoing shipment logistics, and other miscellaneous agency support tasks.
Responsibilities
Work out of Downtown Miami offices approximately once per week
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for several client accounts across the agency
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors and co-workers
Work with other administrative assistants to handle requests from co-workers and clients

Run a 5k in under 25 minutes. We have 2 or 3 people who can do this, but we have a couple of Ironman athletes (including Max), a few marathoners, and a mountain biker who does 80+ mile races. Lots of yogis too
Solve a Rubik's cube in under a minute. We had an intern that could and it was mind-blowing
Compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. One girl competed in the Pan-American Championship, the largest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament in North America, she's also one of our new Account Coordinators
Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. Our VP of Operations did this, only blacked out from high altitude and oxygen deprivation once. Nailed it
Be a world champion in anything. The youngest Yo-Yo World Champion in history worked with us for years
Start your own business. Max did... and one guy owns his own photography business...the rest of us are working on it

Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work
Ability to effectively work in a group environment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Knowledge on Shipping Software (FedEx, UPS, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge on Google Suite and Data Studio is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) is a plus
