The Foreman is responsible for overseeing the production and completion of all industrial insulation and metal work projects at our Industrial Insulation Service Company. In this role, you will manage all worksite crew members and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while also maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This position requires frequent travel for both local and statewide projects, and requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Essential Functions:
Manage the day-to-day work of all industrial insulation worksites and ensure all projects meet budget, quality, specifications, and deadlines.
Track and complete all required reports, including work tickets, JSA, work permits, production reports, and QA/QC reports. Submit paperwork daily and expense reports weekly.
Approve crew members' time each week and submit detailed and accurate field tickets.
Establish and maintain client relationships on each worksite, acting as the primary contact for clients.
Supervise daily activities on worksites, managing the production and efficiency of crew leads and worksite crew. Assist in training staff members and new hires on worksites.
Ensure the maintenance of worksite equipment and tools.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment is always maintained. Conduct disciplinary action (in accordance with company guidelines) of crew leads and worksite crew as necessary.
Collaborate efficiently and be always respectful and professional. Abide by all company processes and procedures.
Participate in and complete all required safety and job trainings.

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and ability to prove a good driving record.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical evaluation and lift test up to 50lbs.
Ability to provide or willingness to obtain a Safeland Card.
Ability to drive large pickup trucks with enclosed trailers.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
Willingness to travel for long periods of time.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years' experience in industrial insulation and metal work.
Ability to provide or willingness to obtain an OSHA 300 Card and MSJob description.
Responsibilities
Fit and install industrial and/or commercial insulation in a safe & professional manner.
Use all metal working tools, such as slip rollers, brakes, benders, etc., to install metal over insulation.
General Labor
Indoor and Outdoor work in all types of weather
Ability to work overtime as needed (up to 60 hours)
Required Qualifications
Foreman and Metal Mechanic Experience
Minimum experience of 2 years in insulation
Minimum experience of 1 years' experience with system scaffolding services
Experience with Commercial and Industrial Insulation and Sheet Metal Layout
Must have great communication skills and must communicate efficiently in English with company colleagues and clients.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening.
Must have valid Driver's License with good driving record.
