Wasserman's Brands division is looking for a motivated individual to join one of our priority client account teams. The role will lead the day-to-day management of select partnerships, developing and executing core experiential, social, and digital programs, as well as supporting broader strategic initiatives across the business. This position is responsible for leading, developing and managing a variety of current and prospective business relationships, sponsorships, and other partnerships in order to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the day-to-day management of select partnerships, with responsibility for crafting, executing, and measuring key sponsorship, experiential, social, digital and programs
  • Lead and execute multidimensional programs to strengthen brand purpose inclusive of branded digital, experiential and social integrated campaigns
  • Supports the research and strategy work leading into key partnership exploration, specifically in the Hispanic, music and soccer space; assists the internal team with partner negotiations
  • Takes on specialized roles or projects, including working with properties, agencies, and client teams to execute programs
  • Helps cross functional team Leads with event logistics planning, implementation, and execution as applicable
  • Performs research and analysis of various demographics and statistics to help inform strategies and initiatives
  • Monitors media, trends and changing sports, entertainment and cultural landscape to keep company executives and team members aware and to maintain Wasserman's position as the most knowledgeable in the industry
  • Works creatively with client team members to develop decks and report materials
  • Coordinates client and company programs through various tools such as email, phone calls, and conference calls
  • Stays up to date on client product / service offering and is able to thoughtfully present to potential partners
  • Learns and manages client-facing project management systems and legal processes for the purposes of supporting the creation and approval of different project documents
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years relevant experience with minimum 4 years of direct experience in account and project management (preferably in the sports or entertainment field)
  • Bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish
  • Category experience in telecommunications, a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in account management inclusive of orchestrating the end-to-end management of the sponsorship portfolio and creating trusting relationships with clients
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for deck development and performance tracking / calculations
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing, can adapt to various situations and personalities and is capable of executing in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior interpersonal skills and be able to create a rapport with people of all demographics
  • High level of initiative and works well independently and in a team environment
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction while capable of delegating tasks with accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valuation experience and familiarity with contractual language both in traditional sponsorship arrangements and non-traditional business-to-business partnerships
  • Must be able to multi-task and be flexible enough to react under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to travel for events and work flexible hours as needed
Benefits
Base salary range: $75K - $80K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
