We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Logistics E-commerce Marketing professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies focused on the logistics aspect of e-commerce. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics processes, e-commerce trends, and effective marketing techniques to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans specifically tailored for logistics services in the e-commerce sector. Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote the company's logistics services and increase brand platform awareness
Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility and promote logistics services to e-commerce businesses through various marketing channels. Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution and maintenance of Cello Square
Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to reach the target audience and drive online engagement
Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including product descriptions, blogs, and visuals, to showcase the benefits of our logistics services for e-commerce clients
Collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce clients, internal teams, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Lead and guide insights and expertise generated by internal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) into marketing content and campaigns
Market Research: Stay informed about e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and logistics industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement strategies to attract new e-commerce clients and retain existing ones through effective marketing initiatives
Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and incentives to drive sales and customer loyalty within the e-commerce logistics segment
Collateral Development: Create marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our logistics services to e-commerce partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on logistics or supply chain services
Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and logistics processes
Digital marketing expertise, including SEO(Search Engine Optimization), SEM(Search Engine Marketing), social media, and email campaigns
Need to be tech savvy and willing to use tools and technology in delivering digital content with strong creative and communication skills
Have experience producing digital content for the ecommerce industry, from ideation and research to writing, editing, and publishing
Be able to bring digital proficiency to create measurable marketing contents and create a diverse portfolio of channels in translating complex concepts into concise messaging
Strong knowledge of the e-commerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, search, usability best practices and industry trends
Great project management skills including the ability to organize and prioritize work across cross functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Samsung SDS America will support your professional development and growth in your future career. Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. The base pay range for this role is between $75,000 : $105,000/year, and your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
