The role of the Financial Analyst is a key asset in the future growth of the Company. This individual will be a key contributor to the FP&A function and will support the Company's forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting activities and also contribute to special projects (including M&A). S/he will provide support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, expenditure analysis, and other projects as requested.??

This role provides opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the role in a dynamic and flexible environment.? The analyst interacts directly with internal stakeholders at all levels including senior management and executives. ??This full-time position is based in our North American headquarters in Denver, CO. (With a hybrid office/remote schedule.)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
  • Prepare cost projections
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, contract, billing and expense data
  • Conduct research and analysis of historical financial data to monitor and analyze variances to plan and prior year performance
  • Analyze investment options and present risks and opportunities
  • Analyze historical cost trends in preparation for budgeting and long term planning
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Review accounting transactions for data accuracy and proper accounting treatment
  • Support implementation and review of financial systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AND WHAT WILL HELP MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 1-2 years proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, or similar role
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
  • Hands-on experience with financial software
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Experience in a SAAS software environment a plus
  • Personal skills to identify a problem and work with the relevant parts of the organization??
