The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for effectively and efficiently scheduling showings and appointments of their client's homes. The process requires dealing with agents outside the company as well as our clients to ensure a smooth and seamless showing process. The role includes creating property description write ups, scheduling photos, selecting photos, rolling properties out on the MLS and social media. The position requires organization, follow up, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and some creativity. Their ideal candidate is not overwhelmed by multiple moving parts and can organize themselves easily. The Listing Coordinator will report to the Selling Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and confirming showings of our clients' homes
  • Working quickly with outside agents and our clients to confirm showings
  • Following up with agents after showings to receive feedback
  • Tracking and dispersing feedback to all necessary parties (clients, sales team, etc.)
  • Scheduling home inspections and home access once a property enters escrow
  • Reporting key showing data and information to the sales team
  • Showing our clients homes (when needed)
  • Attending photography appointments (when needed)
  • Being present for inspection of our clients' homes (when needed)
  • Assisting our marketing team in promotions, client engagement activities, marketing (when needed)

Qualifications:
  • Real estate license is a plus
  • Superb organizational skills are required
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written are necessary
  • Patience in evolving circumstances is needed (i.e. Cancellations, rescheduling, etc.)
  • Must have reliable transportation - car required.
  • Must be within a 45-minute commute of Orange, CA
