The Assistant Manager, VM is primarily responsible for the planning, execution, and maintenance of visual presentation at Beverly Hills boutique.
***Additionally, this role will support the Las Vegas boutiques for window refreshes and installs as well as Neiman Marcus Newport Beach and Las Vegas (approximately every 6 weeks).

This role will liaise between the North America Visual Manager (NA VM) and store management/sales teams as well as be a point of contact for any projects that concern the in-store and/or window presentation of the shops. • Execute monthly window refreshes and seasonal campaign updates in Beverly Hills windows as well as local hotel vignettes (3 locations). • Maintain 365 in-store visual presentation to the standards of Stefano Ricci. • Provide monthly visual reports to NA VM, receive regular feedback from NA VM and implement any updates and changes necessary in a timely manner. • Communicate visual updates and strategies to the store team. • Track, thoroughly document, and report window sales from BH boutique and hotels. • Manage seasonal props and display elements and communicate needs to NA VM. • Participate in and contribute to monthly visual team meeting. • Organize and conduct regular training for store staff and new hires. • Support BOH duties when required - stock and inventory maintenance, receiving new product and merchandising on sales floor. • Support sales floor when required and as business dictates.
Travel • Less than 25% to support Las Vegas boutiques and Neiman Marcus shops.
Qualifications
This role is proposed as an Assistant Manager given the necessary skillsets required to effectively execute the work at the level required as well as the ability to manage communications and delegate tasks. • At least 3-5 years visual merchandising experience, preferably at a luxury retailer or fast-paced retail environment. • Retail sales management experience preferred.
Must be a creative thinker, effective in communication, a team player, and able to translate direction to meet business needs.
