As the Community Marketing Manager at Chotto Matte, you will be instrumental in executing our local marketing strategy, focusing on creating captivating content for social media platforms and fostering community engagement.
Based at our Chotto Matte restaurant, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team, restaurant staff, and external content creators to showcase our brand's essence to the local audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling content for Chotto Matte's local social media channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Social Media Manager to develop and implement innovative social media campaigns tailored to the local audience.
Manage social media community interactions, including responding to messages and comments.
Coordinate on-site photoshoots and video shoots to produce high-quality visual content.
Maintain regular communication with the local restaurant team, keeping them informed about marketing activities.
Oversee on-site marketing events and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Develop and manage partnerships with local businesses to enhance Chotto Matte's presence within the community.
Ensure the smooth execution of all local marketing activations, aligning with the global marketing calendar.
Conduct bi-weekly catch-up meetings with the Head of Marketing to provide updates and discuss strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in social media content creation.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends.
Proficiency in using tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite for content creation.
Preferred skills in photography and videography.
Strong multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
