Our social media and D2C (direct-to-consumer) strategy has propelled the brand's awareness and desire for its products from consumers, teams, and retailers. As an agile company, we plan to expand our product offering to include other snacks and media verticals.
The Role
The TikTok Content Creator position is a member of the SMACKIN' Marketing team. The TikTok Content Creator at SMACKIN' will play a pivotal role in leading the company's marketing efforts and brand development. This role is responsible for creating and executing video content marketing strategies to promote our snacks, drive brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement across our social channels. The vast majority of the content that you create will be focused on our operations and production at the SMACKIN' Factory.
The Responsibilities
Work with marketing department to develop and implement engaging TikTok content concepts and strategies for brand promotion.
Cultivate the growth of our TikTok page as both a branding tool and a sales channel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to various aspects of business operations.
Show a willingness to work in a startup environment, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative workspace.
Requirements
Proficiency in TikTok and content creation
Experience creating viral TikTok's
Strong independent time management
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset
Some travel required: 5 - 10%
