Search Solution Group is looking for the ideal candidate for our client who creates dispensing solutions for some of the world's most iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee product line profitability • Drive product line innovation pipeline • Develop and implement product line strategy • Identify key customer/brand targets that fit product's capabilities • Work with Sales Management to drive and support pipeline development • Engage with customer in support of sales engagements to drive new projects and pipeline • Create differentiated service and selling programs • Leverage advanced product knowledge to help sales initiate customer driven projects • Lead product centered projects as a primary interface both between internal departments, 3rd party providers, and customers as appropriate • Conduct internal and external training on product's technical/service value proposition • Provide competitive analysis to understand market pricing, strength/weakness vs. competition, and positioning • Recommend product capability enhancements to maintain viability and competitiveness • Provide estimates/feedback on product performance through the budgeting process
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or higher from four-year college or university • Five (5) plus years related experience? • Strong business acumen, a customer-facing demeanor, and the ability to balance customer needs with operational efficiency • Financial acumen to understand cost models, market pricing, P&L levers, and margin management • Ability to quickly develop a good sense of market/customer needs and solid knowledge of their products
