Our client in the financial services space is expanding their marketing team. As a Marketing Manager for Direct Mail, you'll own and develop campaigns to grow an already significant presence in a high impact channel. In addition, you'll lead the creative strategy and the end to end management from ideation to in-home. As a Direct Marketing Manager, you'll report to thr VP of Growth & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Analyze direct mail and offline campaigns and translate learnings into specific optimizations and experiments
Develop collaborative partnerships across the organization to identify, launch and refine direct marketing strategies
Execute detailed marketing campaigns, working closely with internal partners and external vendors to deliver clear revenue impact
Ideate and bring to market new creative strategies and experiments that improve performance and align with our customers and brand
Help define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to measure success for the direct mail channel
Requirements:
Growth-driven, high-energy, self-starter who gets along well with others and acts in a manner that promotes teamwork and builds credibility and trust in the marketing department
Proven expertise in leveraging direct mail and/or other offline channels to bring in new customers at scale
Strong analytics and creative, focused on developing results-driven differentiated marketing campaigns
Adept at strategy and planning, with a passion for hands-on execution. You have the opportunity to own the go-to-market in direct mail, a high impact channel
