Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at our Pompano Beach, FL office as a Marketing Manager at Atlantic Jet Partners that could transition to part-time remote for the right candidate. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Technology, COO, and CEO, as well as with other upper management, and will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, creating content for various marketing channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting and elevating the brand image of all Atlantic Jet Partners subsidiaries via marketing and industry trade shows. Occasional travel could be required. Salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Pardot / Account Engagement experience a must
Previous experience in the Aviation field is a plus
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Ability to manage marketing campaigns and analyze their performance in Pardot / Account Engagement
Creative graphic design capabilities using Adobe and Canva
Proficiency in market research and customer insights analysis
Excellent communication skills
Experience in creating content for various social media channels
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with management and cross-functional teams as well as lead weekly marketing meetings via MS Teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
