Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee the operation, creation and curation of engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams and cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our target audience
  • Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
  • Work with internal and external creative teams to develop and execute brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and develop insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the fashion industry and Gen Z culture to ensure our brand stays relevant and competitive.

Requirements:
  • Education background in art/design.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media brand strategies, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing a team and collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
