1.Develop road machine market in the responsible region and be responsible for sales indicators, including sales volume, market share, market ranking, gross profit margin, etc.
2.Develop and manage Road machine customers according to the arrangement of regional manager.
3.Establish customer files, track customer project trends and requirements, and write work logs.
4.Organize market promotion activities and assist in product customs clearance.
5.Prepare and implement new product launch activities and customer feedback.
Qualifications
1. Diploma degree or above in engineering, power, mechanical, hydraulic or electrical related majors, with 8-15 years of sales experience of road machine; with working experience in MNCs or project management is preferred; MBA or above degree is preferred.
2. Knowledge of road machine, having a clear understanding of road machine industry, equipment sales and management process.
