Job Overview
AHD is growing and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team! AHD is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for all AHD brands. This person will work closely with the Director of Marketing and will be collaborating with the team to execute on various marketing objectives.
What you will do...
Develop and manage the overall marketing department budget
Manage marketing tactics and execution of projects
Oversee all marketing campaigns for the department
Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product development, production, sales, and customer support
Assist in obtaining quotes and develop RFPs for various print production projects
Report on results of all marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the Project Managers, Media Coordinator, and the creative team
Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute on e-blast campaigns
What we are looking for...
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar studies preferred
3-5 years of related work experience
Experience working in a marketing team environment
Strong and adaptable writing skills
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines while managing simultaneous projects
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Compensation
Starting base pay: $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
