Our agency client is hiring a Director of Paid Media, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week. What you will be doing as a Director of Paid Media:
This person will have at least 15 direct reports
Manage the budgets, planning, implementation, monitoring, and overall success of all active campaigns
Client facing responsibilities where you drive strategy in strategic moments and lead clients ambitiously to their goals at scale across your team
Support with department budgeting, including staffing and resource requirements like capacity planning
Level up the skills of each team member through mentorship, regular one-on-ones, individual development plans, and feedback
Facilitate the mind share of the team by surfacing the wins and learnings of team members and bringing a fresh perspective
Grow the overall total number of clients, total monthly revenue/vendor spend, and average order value per client on a monthly basis
What you need to know as a Director of Paid Media:
7+ years of experience
Experience managing and leading a team
Expert level knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Ads
Success in growing a paid media department
Google and Bing Certified
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
