Job Description
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and achieve customer acquisition goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure digital strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics across digital channels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continually refine and enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with teams internally and external agencies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the execution of digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including agencies, to create successful collaborations on key projects.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, industry best practices, and new features to leverage in digital strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on budget performance and ROI.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
