As a Market Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with retail and wholesale stakeholders, executing brand sales and marketing strategies and engaging consumers to build brand loyalty. Candidates must be highly motivated and results oriented. You will represent one of the world's largest brewing companies whilst growing your career in a fun, quick paced, and dynamic working environment.
Mange local budget & budget reporting/reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Must be of legal drinking age (21+).
Driving is an essential function of this job and therefore you must be able to maintain a valid/current driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
Available to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access (Must have Excel and PPT experience).
Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/report while in the field.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred (focused studies in business, marketing, sales)
3-5 years experience in sales (CPG, Adult Bev, Restaurant or Bar is preferred)
Wholesaler Stakeholder Management (Experience working with one or more wholesalers at a time)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Flexible and adaptable; Impeccable time management skills
Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines.
Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships and customer satisfaction.
