Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced PPC & Paid Social Media Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts with a primary focus on PPC campaigns and social media advertising. This role is critical for someone who is adept at creating high-impact, cost-effective ad campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. While supporting SEO initiatives will be a small part of your responsibilities, the emphasis will be on managing and optimizing our paid search and social media advertising strategies.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and execution of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms as well as Amazon Ads, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with our business goals.
Manage comprehensive paid social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others, focusing on targeted audience engagement and conversion optimization.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance, adjusting bids, testing ad copy, and refining targeting strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with the content team to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversion and cohesively align with our overall marketing strategy.
Conduct regular market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new opportunities within paid advertising channels.
Oversee a smaller portion of SEO tasks, collaborating with the content team to ensure our content is optimized for search engines and supports our paid campaign objectives.
Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics to stakeholders, using data to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on digital advertising.
3+ years of direct experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving strategy.
Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms, with certification in Google Ads preferred. Amazon Ads experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, proficient in using tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and inform campaign strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on optimizing for performance.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
