Responsibilities
The affiliate manager is responsible for the management and growth of the affiliate program. The affiliate manager will recruit new affiliates, build and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, and develop strategies to grow the affiliate program. The affiliate manager will also be responsible for analyzing affiliate performance data and troubleshooting affiliate issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and/or online marketing (not required). They will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Develop and manage relationships with key affiliates to drive traffic and conversions
Recruit new affiliates by identifying opportunities and reaching out to potential partners
Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with terms of agreements and company policies
Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
AMBITION
Education: require an associate's or bachelor's degree; preferably in business, advertising, or a related field (but not required)
Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications but not required
Familiarity with HTML and other web development technologies
