Nili Lotan is seeking a Freelance Visual Merchandiser to oversee our general visual merchandising strategy. The freelance Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for executing creative window displays and floorplans across our retail locations, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience for our clients and guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee execution of corporate visual merchandising strategies across regional stores.
Conduct regular store visits to coach staff, address needs, and lead window and floor set changes.
Capture visuals during visits for training and reporting purposes.
Develop and deliver training programs on visual merchandising standards and product knowledge to store staff.
Collaborate with store managers and the corporate team to optimize store layouts and displays based on trends and sales data.
Maintain a strong partnership with all levels of staff to ensure consistent visual presentation and communication.
Manage travel schedule to optimize store coverage and communication.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing visual merchandising strategies in a retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Fashion Merchandising or Visual Arts.
Possess a strong understanding of RTW business and consumer shopping trends in your markets.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment and work both independently and as part of a team.

After graduating from the prestigious Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in Tel Aviv, Nili moved to NYC in 1980 to pursue a career in fashion design, where she enjoyed a very successful career leading design teams at top American fashion houses including Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne, and Nautica.
Nili launched her own namesake label in 2003, designing a wardrobe of luxurious, chic, and timeless pieces for today's woman, that has since expanded to include jeans, belts and handbags as well as limited-edition collaborations.
