Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Multicoat located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Multicoat's products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities will include posting and monitoring social media pages, creating and monitoring advertising campaigns, and coordinating/organizing with the Marketing Director on events such as trade shows, trainings, luncheons, etc. The Marketing Manager will oversee the creation of marketing materials, website updates, and social media platforms, as well as analyzing market trends and customer insights.
Qualifications
Digital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in market research and customer insights
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in the construction industry and/or B2B marketing space is a plus
