The Opportunity:
The Brand Marketing Manager is the glue for moving our brand story and marketing campaigns from ideas to execution. You will lead the process for developing integrated marketing plans through an understanding of our consumer and our brand. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creative storytelling and be data driven, using insights and industry trends to push our brand to the next level. Must be eager to take risks and get things done.
What you will do at VeSync:
Lead and drive the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and provide leadership for all product communication deliverables
Responsible for new product launches and planning across DTC and key retail channels
Work with internal and external creative partners to craft high quality content that brings to life the wellness vision
Maintain annual marketing calendar establishing monthly activities based on brand goals, business priorities & disruptive big bets that lead to effective consumer acquisition activities
Define and execute new product launch and go-to-market plans and drive cross-functional communication with product, creative, social media and sales teams to ensure consistency throughout multiple touchpoints
Understand competitive landscape and product USPs to identify key consumer and product opportunities
Oversee development of communication tools from conception to implementation ensuring all projects are on brief and meet the highest creative standards
Monitor consumer experience and conduct ideation sessions to continually update our creative asset toolkit
What you bring to the role:
5+ years experience of related marketing experience for consumer facing brands.
Experience managing DTC brands
Interest in products and category is a must
Strong project management skills
Ability to think strategically, at a high level, yet be detail oriented and organized at follow through and execution
Strong and concise verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Anaheim, CA.
Salary: $120,000+ annually
