Responsibilities
- Communicating professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure
- Providing superior customer support
- Contributing to Division or Firm process improvement activities.
- Balancing and reconciling of positions related to corporate action activity.
- Reconciliation of receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections.
- Communication of uninstructed positions via phone call to clients.
- Communicate as part of a team to ensure superior client service.
- Participate in client presentations or calls.
- Identify problem items.
- Monitors and resolves any failed trades, cash movements, collateral settlements or corporate actions.
- Matches or identifies discrepancies of client's trade economic details as compared to the client's counterparty instruction.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
- Ability to communicate professionally with others in a team setting
- An aptitude for analytical thinking
- Self-Starter, proactive, and objective oriented
