Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage client account documentation efficiently.
Handle incoming calls professionally and promptly.
Arrange and manage appointment schedules.
Coordinate and ensure compliance adherence and submissions.
Deliver outstanding service to clients.
Collaborate with team members on various projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services; background in Financial Services is required.
Demonstrated experience in assisting with money movement transactions.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in administrative office duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with compliance regulations within Financial Services.
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm - 100% in office role.
