Calculated Hire is in search of a Customer Service Representative I for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following:
Job Description
Support Customer Service: seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine customer support tasks.
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
Interact with client personnel on basic information.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment.
