Who You Are

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of the office environment and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Description
  • Help new team members get started smoothly by setting up devices, creating logins, and managing accounts.
  • Keep laptops running smoothly by updating software regularly.
  • Manage user accounts and email lists efficiently.
  • Point of Contact for Ring Central accounts for effective communication.
  • Assist in company events such as researching and arranging location, entertainment, snacks and miscellaneous items for faculty.
  • Keep the office stocked with snacks, kitchen, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate special treats for birthdays and other occasions.
  • Coordinate with cleaning company for maintenance and purchasing of paper goods.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all service contracts for office equipment and services.
  • Purchase and coordinate office furniture/seating
  • Act as a bridge with the IT department for technical support.

Skills candidate must possess:
  • Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and equipment setup is desirable.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
